Good location and plenty of storage in the room. The facilities were also good.
Despite this setback, the location of the hotel was really convenient. The room provided ample storage space and the facilities were in good condition.

Great value and location! The rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the town, with lots of shops, restaurants, and nightlife options nearby. We loved being able to walk to the beach and explore the city easily. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lively. Having the option to cook in the kitchen and enjoy meals on the terrace was a great bonus.
The room could get quite hot at times, especially without proper ventilation. The furniture was a bit old and the bed was a little squeaky.

I recently stayed at the Caravela hotel in Lagos for 2 wonderful days. The location was perfect, right next to the city center and beautiful beaches. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen. The owner, Tommy, made my stay unforgettable with his friendly and helpful nature. We had a great time laughing and playing cards together at night. I consider him a really good friend now. Thank you, Tommy, for everything!
Would recommend this hotel.

Stayed at a budget accommodation in the heart of a cute, bustling town in Portugal. the room was clean and quiet, with a helpful sink in the room. Excellent value for the price, as good rooms in this prime location are hard to come by. the hostel is conveniently located on Rua 25 de abril, just a short walk from restaurants, souvenirs, and an ATM. the nearest beach, Praia da Batata, is only 10 minutes away on foot. a great experience at Caravela. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. the location was perfect, as it was close to the most beautiful beaches of Lagos. Everything was right in the heart of everything, with bars, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. We also appreciated the common kitchen, where we could prepare our own meals. it was a wonderful experience.
The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak throughout the hotel.

During our recent stay at a hotel in the heart of Lagos, we were pleased with the convenient location and affordable price. The hotel had a charmingly old-fashioned atmosphere, reminiscent of a movie scene from Delicatessen. The vintage furniture and mysterious corridors added to the magic of the place. The service provided by the friendly older ladies was exceptional, making us feel well taken care of. Despite the tired appearance of the hotel, it offered a unique and memorable experience for budget travelers.
Although the hotel had its drawbacks, such as the noise from drunk tourists passing by at night and the lack of natural light in the rooms, these were insignificant compared to the overall value and charm of the establishment.

Loved the shared bathroom experience, it's always fun to meet strangers! And the rooftop terrace is perfect for pretending to read a book while people-watching.
The free WiFi was like a mythical creature, heard of but never seen. So vintage!

I had a fantastic experience at a hostel in the heart of the city center. the rooms were spacious and cozy, with an added bonus of a small shower directly in the room. the hostel also had a kitchen and a common area, perfect for budget travelers like myself. the location was amazing, right on the main street but the windows and balcony doors effectively blocked out any noise. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hostel for its superb location, affordable price, and friendly atmosphere. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👍.
